We recommend starting with 2-3 sprays per application. Hold the bottle 4-6 inches from the target area for optimal mist coverage. You can reapply as needed throughout the day. Each bottle contains approximately 300 sprays.
We recommend avoiding the eye area, mucous membranes, and broken skin. While our formula is clean and gentle with only four ingredients, facial skin is more sensitive. If you have sensitive skin, we suggest doing a small patch test on your inner arm first.
